Masifunde Module C: Esitolo 1 Workbook

Module C is the third in a series of isiZulu language Modules for Foundation Phase learners of isiZulu as an additional langauge. It builds on the language learnt in Modules A and B.

This Module teaches vocabulary for food and drink in the context of polite requests and culminates in a conversation with a shopkeeper.

Learners love role-playing  ‘shop’ using ‘money’.

There are also guessing games, songs and rhymes.

The u-/o- and i(li)-/ama- noun groups are revised. The questions learned in Module A and B are recycled and more ‘What?’ questions are introduced.
