Welcome to our School Fundraising page!
We hope that you find a few interesting ideas on this page. We've listed the most obvious annual events here - if you have any other event in mind, and you'd like us to help, please drop as an email at schools@simplyeverything.co.za. We can also supply larger items or hampers suitable for raffles.
Some of the ideas below (eg. Valentine's Day/Easter) are more suited for primary school/younger children. We can assist high schools with items for these days too. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss your requirements.

How to use this page:
- Find the event/day that you would like to use for fundraising.
- Download the example catalogue and example order form pages and decide if these are suitable for your school.
- If the example catalogue is suitable for your fundraising needs, print enough copies to send out to all the learners in your school (there are 2 per page to save paper :) ). Save paper by sending the catalogue on Whatsapp groups, and just print the order form.
- If some the items are not suitable, or you would prefer different items, please contact us to discuss your specific requirement - we'll create a catalogue and order form just for you :).
- Download the Daily Capture page to capture the orders, per class, as you receive them. This form captures information for up to 22 classes, so print as many as you need.
- Once you're ready to place an order (you can do this as often as you're comfortable with), complete the Bulk order form, and send it to us at schools@simplyeverything.co.za. Please make sure its by the closing date. We'll send you an invoice and you can EFT/deposit the funds to proceed with the order.
- The order will be processed as soon as payment reflects in our account.
- We'll courier the order to you as soon as your order is complete, to arrive before the delivery date.
