How do I checkout?

Once you have added all the required items to your cart, you are ready to checkout.

  1. When adding the final product that your require, click on 'Proceed to checkout', or click on the Cart button (next to the search bar towards the top right-hand side of the screen. The next screen is your cart screen.
  2. Check that the items displayed in your cart are correct. If you’ve omitted something, press the back button in your browser to take you to the previous screen, search for it in the search bar, or use the menu to take you to the relevant category to find the product. Add to cart as required. Repeat step 1 and 2 once all your products are added. If you’ve added products that you do not require, delete the product using the bin icon.
  3. Check that the quantitites of each item are correct. Use the + and – buttons on each side of the quantity to adjust as required.
  4. Once you are happy with your cart, scroll down to Step 1 of check out – ACCOUNT. If you are already registered on our website, click on the ‘Click here’ to be taken to the login screen, then move to step 6. If you are new to our site, move to step 5
  5. Complete the fields as required. (All fields with a * MUST be completed). Before clicking ‘Save’, check that all fields with * have been completed. If an error pops up after clicking on ‘Save’ it means that there was a field with a * left blank. Please start at the top and complete all blank fields. Click ‘Save’.
  6. Once logged in, add any voucher codes you may have available on your profile, to the voucher block. If available, these codes will listed under the vouchers block, or you can find your vouchers under ‘MY VOUCHERS’ on your profile screen.  (Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen – only if you are logged in). Click on ‘OK’ under the voucher block to apply the voucher to the order.  Verify that the order total has been reduced by the amount of the voucher.
  7. Scroll down. Verify address details, or select or add a different address.
  8. Select your courier (The Courier Guy or the Post Office)
  9. Click that you accept the Terms and Conditions of order – you will not be able to proceed with the order if you do not accept the terms and conditions.
  10. Accepting the terms and conditions will add payment methods – 2 are available: Payment by EFT (Bank wire) and Payment by debit or credit card (Payfast).Selecting ‘Bank Wire’ will take you to a screen to confirm your order. Click on ‘I confirm my order’ and banking details will be emailed to you. Selecting ‘Payfast’ will redirect you to the Payfast website to complete your payment.
  11. Once you payment is complete on the Payfast website, you will receive an email confirming payment.  If paying by EFT, you will receive an email confirming banking details once the payment reflects in our bank account.
  12. Order processing takes place once we receive the payment for your order.
