How do I use my S-Bucks?

  1. When you purchase or earn S-Bucks, these are loaded onto your profile within 14 days of delivery of your order.
  2. Once logged into your profile, you can view your S-Bucks under ‘S-BUCKS’ on your profile dashboard. (Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access your profile dashboard).  
  3. When ready to spend, you can convert your S-Bucks into a voucher, and use it on any future order. Use your voucher  code on checkout and click on ‘OK’ under the voucher block to apply.  Verify that the order total has been reduced by the amount of the S-Bucks applied.

NOTE:  S-Bucks are valid for 3 years (36 months) from date of purchase.  If the S-Bucks are not used in full, the unused balance remains available on your profile for a future purchase until date of expiration.  No refunds are given on S-Bucks purchased.  S-Bucks cannot be exchanged for cash.
