We have excluded any items that you may already have from previous grades.

You simply need to click on 'Add to Cart' to add the entire contents of the pack to your cart.  You can view the contents of the pack by clicking on the pack and scrolling down to 'Pack Contents'

  • The stationery pack requires additional information to be entered, such as whether the learner is left or right-handed, girl or boy. This is so that we can supply appropriate stationery and colours.  Click in 'More' Scroll down to 'Customisation', add boy or girl and LH or RH.  Remember to click on 'Save' to the right of the customisation blocks and then scroll up to 'Add to Cart'.

  • Once you've added both packs to your cart, and any other items you may require, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.

  • In your cart, review the quantities of each pack/item required. Once you're happy with all the quantities, scroll down, check or add address information and select your payment method. (If the payment method does not show, please tick the block just under the address to confirm that you accept our T's and C's)

  • You can pay us directly by EFT or you can process your payment by debit or credit card, or Mobicred using the Payfast payment gateway.

  • Once all the required items have been added to your cart, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.

  • In your cart, review the quantities of each item required. Once you're happy with all the quantities, scroll down, check or add address information and select your payment method. (If the payment method does not show, please tick the block just under the address to confirm that you accept our T's and C's)

FAQS

  • Some of the items in the pack show as 'Usually ships in XX days' (this product is currently out of stock) - what now?

  • I placed my order and received a Backorder notification - what now?

Out of stock is not a permanent situation - we are constantly replenishing our stock.  When stock arrives, preference is given to customers who have already placed orders for these items (items on backorder).  Stock replenishment usually occurs every few days, depending on the product (textbooks and printed workbooks take a little longer).  Please trust that if you order the entire pack, including out of stock items, that we are continuously working to get your order completed as soon as possible.  Our aim is to deliver your complete pack within 3 weeks of your order.    

There are times when a supplier is out of stock of an item, and this can cause a delay with orders.  If the supplier will not have stock of an item for an extended period of time, we will contact the school to arrange a suitable replacement to ensure timeous delivery.  You will be notified of the stock shortage and can choose to accept the substitution selected by the school, or receive a refund.

If you prefer to order only in stock items, you can click on the pack and scroll down to 'PACK CONTENTS', then select from here all items that state In Stock inside a green block under the product.  This way, you can source the other items elsewhere.  

  • I can't add the pack to my cart, it keeps giving me an error 'Please fill in all the required fields before saving your customization'

Stationery packs require additional information.  We need to know if the pack if for a boy or a girl, and if they are left or right-handed, in order to supply appropriate stationery.  

Please scroll down to 'PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION' and enter the information into the relevant fields.  Please remember to click 'Save' before adding to your cart.  Please let us help you if you don't come right - send us a message below.

  • When will I receive my order?

If all the items that you ordered are in stock, your order will be packed and dispatched within 1 week of receipt of your payment.  

If some or all of the items that you ordered are out of stock, we'll pack and send your order as soon as our stock of these items arrives.  We aim to have packs delivered within 3 weeks of order, which will leave plenty of time to be ready for the new academic year.  Please remember Out of Stock is not a permanent situation - we are constantly replenishing our stock.  If in doubt, please ask us by sending a message below.

  • Do I need to add each item to my cart individually?

No, if you add the pack to your cart and complete the checkout process, you'll receive all the items listed in the pack.  You do not need to add them individually.

  • Where and how will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by the Courier Guy, during working hours, to the address that you specify on your order, within a day of your parcel(s) being collected from us.  You can select your home or office address.  Please notify us as soon as possible if the address needs to change.

In order to avoid delays, please ensure that you select The Courier Guy as your shipping method on checkout.
